About the job

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our fast-growing team!

Who We Are:

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 18 years in business, we collect and process used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 22,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales records and compile monthly sales reports
  • Maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help sales managers and representatives
  • Monitor performance of the Inside Sales Team, create and deliver reports for Inside Sales Manager
  • Ability to motivate and support Inside Sales team to achieve their sales quotas
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales
  • Regularly attend sales meetings and training sessions
  • Perform duties of Inside Sales Manager in case of absence or emergency

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business Management or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Sales Administrator/Assistant
  • Drug free lifestyle

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.

Salary: $25/Hour
